"Through partnership with Creating Change, Corporate Spirit was able to design and facilitate a number of small, yet highly influential workshops, on leadership development for senior executives in one of the largest Funds Management providers in Australia (listed in the ASX Top 200). 

 

David Zeltner of Creating Change, through his capacity to match clients to business opportunities, identified a strong link between services that the Funds Management organisation required and those provide through Corporate Spirit.  David also recognised the close fit of the values and culture of both organisations.  David brokered this work and importantly, did not leave it at this stage of development and design.  David assured delivery of the outcomes expected and required from all partners of the engagement.

While performing the work sourced through Creating Change, David continued to build further business through identifying discrete, related work, to the main engagement.  This work was specifically the coaching of some of the executives and their immediate staff.  Through this process, David demonstrated how to identify opportunities for multiple streams of business, leveraging and utilising current business assets.
